These are ActiveX control binary builds of ucAniGif's initial release (bugfix update 2).
Register/use them the same way you would any other ocx control.
Both 32bit and 64bit builds are included. If you're only using one or the other, you don't need to register (or keep) both. For VBA, you must use the version matching Office's bitness (if you don't know, File->Account->About Excel (or Access, Word, etc, then look at the top line of the about box).
