0.05 API fixes

If you already have this installed, just copy pasta battlecry.dll over your old one to avoid loosing all your files

Customisable Battlecrys!

Initial Release, includes the following functionality:

• Bind sound effect to card being played via XML config file
• Sound effect can be bound to either the player, opponent or both
• Sound effect can be delayed
