usage

1. Send the bot a DM
2. use the slash command /notify BUT DO NOT PRESS ENTER
3. when prompted, fill in your username and preferences
4. now press enter

notification types

• comments on YOUR submissions since YOUR last edit
• OTHER edits that YOU voted no on that have since been updated
