v0.2.0 - Core functionality (no `lh` binary)

This release contains a refactor and a slimming down of the core functionality.

The crate is no longer bundled with a command line tool by default. A command line tool will be reintroduced in the next update.
It also no longer has the hackey supporting functions to process color strings.
