* Moved `FunctionsCodeForHTTPStatus(_:)` and `FunctionsErrorForResponse(status:body:serializer:)` to a `FunctionsErrorCode` extension to reduce the number of global symbols * Updated `FunctionsCodeForHTTPStatus(_:)`’s documentation to reflect the actual behavior (return value for unknown status codes)
