The output tibble of advSum created the variable 'landings' as a factor.
Consequently, when using advSumQ there was an error message.
I changed 'landings' from factor to numeric in the same code line where 'iters' and 'year' are also changed to numeric.
I also removed duplicated code in the lines that followed this.
