Patch 3.1

• Adds Indonesian translation
• Adjusts ClipStringH value in media player skins to better accomodate alternative fonts
• Gave up on three-tier versioning scheme - I don't update enough to do Major.Minor.Patch, so I'm going to start just doing Major.Patch, because why not?

Includes but is not limited to:

• Finally have a working weather skin
• Removed file search and RSS feed skins
• Added lots of custom context menu options
• Made the skin and folder structure simpler (in my opinion)
• Added a Spotify skin
• Fixed bugs and attempted user requests

Add translations before major updates

Before proceeding with major (potentially breaking) changes (like fixing the weather skin), I caught up with some pull requests from my long hiatus. There is no associated skin package for this version; this tag is just a marker for how things looked before I went bananas changing things.

• Tweaked weather skin so that French and Dutch versions were not cut off
• Now packaging the ReadMe file as an HTML document instead of a PDF
