Change "Show archived workflow" to be inclusive filter

Users have requested that the "show archived" functionally be modified to be an inclusive toggle (where archived would be included along with the rest of the results) rather than a reductive toggle that shows only either archived or non-archived. This ticket will cover investigating any performance/UX implications and then implementing this change (if appropriate)

1. Investigate the potential effect on performance/requests
2. Investigate the UX implications (eg, how changing this would affect other aspects of search)
3. Implement this change on all "Show archived" UX (eg, Search, Execution details)

Acceptance Criteria:

• All "show archived" strings are changed to "Include archived"
• Filter behvaoir is changed to be inclusive
• Search view filters are updated (both task and workflow)
• Execution view filters are updated (both task and workflow)
