breeze 1.5.8 has a different folder structure than 1.5.7, which is a breaking change for gulp - lib(.min).js process and it was failing to add necessary breeze adapters.

Apparently these type of changes will keep happening, so, (unfortunately) package.json was updated to use fixed versions instead of latest minor versions.
