hover color on alert, secondary and other button colors always primary based color #5451

Before, the hover color of a button was dependent of the base color of the button (primary, secondary, alert, info, etc)

Now, the hover color is the same for all base button colors, and is derived from the primary color only.

(Check docs page on buttons, and hover the alert button to see the effect)
