After #5 unicode.xml is patched:

The patch is a quick workaround and I'm not sure it's very good. Hopefully @davidcarlisle will update unicode.xml soon.

So this is almost fixed... Just waiting that @davidcarlisle integrates the remaining change:

- Remove unicode.patch now that unicode.xml is fixed upstream (issue #36

) and update the unit test accordingly.

- Remove the dependencies on patch (was used for unicode.xml) and wget (replaced with curl, which is also used in unit tests)
