I have created an issue which details what this PR is about and linked it in the PR.

Quincy has provided @Joshua-Nweze the green light to build out the new Vue Supplementary curriculum on freeCodeCamp.
Quincy has asked me to assist Josh with putting this curriculum together.
If you have any questions, let me know 👍

But in the future, we will make sure to create any issues detailing any more static assets that we will need to add for this new curriculum.
