I update the docs based on your ideas in #976.
BTW I don't think we need to go through the Working Group for releases because it's quite pure maintenance task and often it won't include any meanigful changes just being hot fixes. We ask Working Group to vote for any applicable change that is going to be merged into
nextanyway. So I don't think they need to vote twice.
