Simplify command writes username/password for secure nuget feeds in paket.dependencies file #257

not sure I understand what did you have in the deps file? What after simplify?

Had a dependencies file with a private nuget feed that used the "%PRIVATE_FEED_USER%" and %PRIVATE_FEED_PASS%" as part of the url.

After running the simplify command the "%PRIVATE_FEED_USER%" and "%PRIVATE_FEED_PASS%" where replaced with the actual username/password.
