This adds a small Python script that automatically generates service types from the IANA Service Name and Transport Protocol Port Number Registry (which replaces the older DNS-SD service type list).
Marked as a PR for now since the generated source file is pretty big (23k lines) and implications regarding IDE and compilation performance should be investigated first.
