Python Dictionary Practice Project - Hurricane-Analysis ON Codecademy

A project with emphasis on Python dictionaries and it's fundamentals. Was extremely difficult initially to crack the whole of it at a go. Took a week to wholesomely complete it. Given with a rough dataset of hurricanes and it's details in Python list, the challenge is to to use Python dictionaries to answer several questions regarding the hurricanes.
