Initial release after the workshop. It contains the following features:
- generate a complete table of the wireguard network
- set up the wireguard interface and peer list according to the table
- add the required route and AllowedIPs to the peers
- configure LAN network with DHCP (this may be not needed by everyone)
- add a 'Routing Mark' and a new route table to forward every traffic into the tunnel from LAN (this may be not needed by everyone)
- set up eoip tunnels over wireguard and put them into a bridge, manual work is required (this may be not needed by everyone)
