This will allow users to display a mosaic of Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFF (COG) files.

This feature has been implemented. Users can now use Map.add_COG_mosaic() to load a virtual mosaic of of Cloud-Optimized GeoTIFFs (COG). See this example.
