This is a vanilla WordPress 3.5 install, set up for easy deployment using Capistrano, git, wp-cli and sed. For more instruction, check out http://www.metaltoad.com/blog/tutorial-simplify-your-wordpress-deployments IMPORTANT: Be sure to modify everything in config/ before attempting Capistrano deployments
