First release of the chat application over bluetooth protocol

This release has the following features.

-Selecting device to pair over Bluetooth.
-Checking the connection with one clic odd the check Burton.
-Application bar notifies when a connection is established.
-Two icons, one for the sender one for the receiver , alongside with diffident background colour.
-Sending messages as simple as pressing the "Send data" Button
