7GEOS-Chem submod update: Merge PR #2178 (Rename "native" to "raw" )

This commit informs the GCHP superproject about the following
commits that were pushed to the GitHub geos-chem/geos-chem repository:

67220bb52 Merge PR #2178 (Rename "native" to "raw" in GCHP rundir scripts)

This PR eliminates potentially confusing terminology by reserving "raw" for
data that is obtained directly from GMAO without further processing.
