I can upload the PDF and we can link it as a first go? and then we can fill out the template too?

Fill program and add it as PDF file (#41)

Fill program in TOML header. Apply some changes to the program template
and style. Add nav buttons for each day. Include the program as a PDF
file and add button to download it.
