PR moratorium ahead of v4.0

We're about to start work on release 4.0. To keep things clean we will not be attending to non-related PRs received between the final release of version 3 and the release of 4.0.

The final release of version 3 will be 3.6.3 which is due for release by end May. This release will include any accepted PRs received beforehand.

It's anticipated that 4.0 will be released before the end of June (2022!).

Any PRs that do come in during the moratorium will be reviewed following the release of 4.0.

market_prices

If you like the idea of using exchange_calendars to create meaningful OHLCV datasets, you might want to check out the new market_prices library.
