Tipping feature for Mastodon instances

Similar to the tipping feature on twitter we should also support tipping on mastodon
Mastodon supports profile links which should make it easy to get the lightning address from there.

e.g. https://bitcoinhackers.org/@openoms

This can be similarly implemented as the other "batteries" - like the "monetization" for example.

In addition to addresses in the profile links, it could even try resolving the user address itself, which you can find in the source. For the above example that would be:

<meta content="openoms@bitcoinhackers.org" property="profile:username" />

(We plan to enable Lighting addresses for all kosmos.social users soon e.g.)

How will we handle the fact that there are many different Mastodon instances? Should we make the urlMatcher an array with many possible URLs like kosmos, bitcoinhackers, etc.?
