Possible issue with Grav 1.4 Beta re: Call to undefined method Grav\Common\Uri::filter()

I've been testing my projects with the Grav 1.4 Beta #3, and I've found a repeatable issue with the Page Inject Plugin, here is the recipe:

1. Install Page Inject
2. Add the shortcode to inject a page, for example I've used the following on the Typography page:

[plugin:page-inject](/home)

3. View site

When doing the above I get this error:
Call to undefined method Grav\Common\Uri::filter()

I also get this error when testing my projects that use Page Inject with the Grav 1.4 Beta #3.

@ruk, please let me know if I should open this issue somewhere else as it may be a Grav 1.4 Beta issue more than with the plugin

I can find no reference to Uri::filter() in Page Inject plugin. Can you turn on the detailed errors and look in the left column to get a file and line number of where this is being called?
