Aligns our release name detection with CodeCov (https://github.com/codecov/codecov-cli/tree/main/codecov_cli/helpers/ci_adapters) and adds some more platforms they don't support.

This change adds release name detection for:

  1. GitLab CI
  2. AppVeyor
  3. AWS Amplify
  4. Azure Pipelines
  5. Bitrise
  6. Buddy CI
  7. Cirrus CI
  8. Codefresh
  9. Codemagic
  10. Semaphore CI
  11. Travis CI
  12. CloudBees CodeShip
  13. Coolify
  14. Jenkins
  15. TeamCity
  16. Woodpecker CI
