What is this PR doing?
Adds bls-wallet-aggregator-proxy.
I've already published this so you can try it with
yarn add bls-wallet-aggregator-proxy(in a separate test project).This package makes it easy to provide an aggregator by proxying another. The primary use-case is to expose a free aggregator based on one that requires payment by augmenting the bundles with txs that pay tx.origin.
How can these changes be manually tested?
Use manualTests/echoServer on an existing aggregator and confirm that the extension/etc works correctly by pointing to it.
