fix(Grouping): Draggable Grouping cols reorder missing impactedColumns

• Draggable Grouping reimplements enableColumnReorder grid option and also the onColumnsReordered SlickEvent, the later one was missing the impactedColumns argument needed by Slickgrid-Universal to reorder and/or freeze columns
