Why:
I'm making an assumption here, but if Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2019 are supported by the self-hosted runner, it's likely that 2016 and 2022 are as well. That assumption is at least somewhat supported by the fact that GitHub-hosted runners support 2022 (https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners).
What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):
Simply adding "Windows Server 2016 64-bit" and "Windows Server 2022 64-bit."
