This PR moves the plugin demos inside of a project, which allows users to more easily test the plugins since they don't need to make a new project to test them out.
Also, add a main screen plugin demo as per these docs, except I've significantly simplified the plugin since honestly the docs are overcomplicated. I'll submit a PR there as well later.
