Translation, scale and rotation handles often can't be focused and dragged #794

It often works when Godot was just started up and on a new object/node.
But after working a bit and modifying an object, it's very difficult and sometimes impossible to get a grip on the handles.

been trying and really can't reproduce, do you think you could put steps for this?
