fix for #15466. Like for "Instance Child Scene" I chosen the MODE_OPEN_FILE.

Actually this is wrong, "Attach Node Script" lets you both open and create scripts, so it has to be a save dialog, otherwise you can't e.g. create new folders to put the script in (as noticed by @Keetz).
