Also implemented decal atlas, so projectors and other stuff can eventually be added.
Sidenote: Had to make RID hashable, so some unrelated includes changed
in order to include it in hashfuncs.h

This ended up pretty cool, did not expect it could be made so efficiently, so thanks Matias Goldberg for explaining me how to do it.

Forgot to implement distance fade, should be working now.
