[3.x] Put multiple colons back into translated strings #51111

A 3.x version of #51110. Though in 3.x there are a lot of strings like that in the Spatial editor too.

Additionally I've noticed a couple of uses of vformat inside of TTR when it should be the other way around, which is also now fixed. (Checked the master branch for that as well, but didn't find anything)
