Is there any sense to keep "Global" in tabs' names? I think at least in "Global Groups" Global can be omitted. |

Inspired by #91009 and #90979
Project Settings dialog keeps getting new tabs and is becoming unwieldy. This PR reorganizes some of them into sub-tabs:
Technically makes #91087 unnecessary, but extra size doesn't hurt.
