We welcome contributors to the GoGi project (and all the other related GoKi projects)! See the https://github.com/goki/gi/issues for current bugs that need attention, and an important form of contribution is just filing new issues when you come across something, or have an idea for improvements, etc.
If you click the GitHub "watch" button at the top of the page, you'll get notifications about releases, pull requests, and issues, but NOT about the regular git commit / push activity, which can often be the most informative way to stay on top of developments in the code. Unfortunately, GitHub does not make it particularly easy to get these notifications. If you would like to complain about it, here's a thread on the community forum: https://gh.neting.ccmunity/t5/How-to-use-Git-and-GitHub/Get-notified-of-ALL-commits-to-ALL-branches-of-a-repo/m-p/13684/highlight/false#M4372
It looks like the easiest way is to use the RSS / Atom feed associated with each repository, and then use some kind of RSS reader, or a service that sends those RSS updates to your email. It all seems rather indirect and a lot of overhead for something so basic!
Anyway, here are the commit feeds for the various GoKi projects, for your convenience:

Here are some freemium / ad supported RSS to email services:
-
https://blogtrottr.com (annoying ads, only checks once per hour)
-
https://ifttt.com/feed -- add an applet called "Subscribe to any RSS Feed" or "Custom RSS URL to Email" -- you'll have to make new versions of the applet for each different url you want to get notifications from! also it seems like it doesn't run very often.
