fix(redis): update the api

#### redis:v1

The following keys were changed:
- resources.projects.resources.locations.resources.clusters.methods.getCertificateAuthority.parameters.name.pattern (Total Keys: 1)
- resources.projects.resources.locations.resources.clusters.methods.getCertificateAuthority.path (Total Keys: 1)
