fix(mixins): disk space utilization panels with latest KSM versions

What this PR does / why we need it:

Follow up of this fix on the mimir mixins grafana/mimir#8212 because the disk space utilization panels are not working with kube-state-metrics >= 2.10. Discussions as to why this is needed is here grafana/mimir#7515
