What this PR does:
Bug #3131 occurs doe to the sometimes long processing times of individual blocks. This causes the list of blocks to analyse to become outdated. As a consequence the
analyse blocks
sub command encounters more and more compacted blocks, which the program fails to open. With this change the sub command refreshes the block list whenever a compacted block is encountered.
It also improves the clarity of the error message when the
analyse block
sub command is called on a compacted block.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Fixes #3131
