[test] Move HelloWorld test from Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 #200

Description of the changes

This change is for better coverage: we have one test with Bash under Ubuntu 20.04, and now we have another test with HelloWorld under 22.04.

Extracted from #199.

How to test this PR?

Manually run this HelloWorld test.
