Bootstrap 3 Final

This is where Bootstrap 3 development stops. All efforts are now going to focus on Bootstrap 4 as it is approaching the 3rd cycle of development. For users who want to use Bootstrap 3 instead of Bootstrap 4 in their starter theme, it is a better idea to download this release than versions < 0.4.0.
