We need #9 to be completed before we can do this. During development, we need to the ability to provide a gateway start script.

This needs to:

  • Start a GraphQL gateway server
  • Allow overriding installed data sources with local data sources (dev only)

feat: dev command ready for review
afb9d04 
- data sources are transpiled by default
- `--no-transpile` flag is respected
- a custom gateway can be supplied for dev (#10)
- temporary files are removed on process exit (#16)
