etcddoes not currently have proper go mod support, which has left us with a very old version and inability to upgrade some dependencies (grpc).etcdrecently made3.5.0-alpha.0public with proper go mod support. If needed we can wait for a proper3.5.0release, but if this alpha doesn't cause problems it might be better to upgrade now.Closes #4727
