There were still a few places where an int was used directly as error code. I replaced these with the appropriate enum entry. Also the error code
-23was assigned to bothRPC_DEPRECATEDandRPC_CLIENT_NODE_ALREADY_ADDED. I replaced the definition of the whole enum with the enum from upstream. This fixes this issue and introduces some more entries which we might use in the future.
