This is the preview, the Individual scans in folders are of the highest quality.

Jul,21 update

The register array of ym2164. The only difference I can see compairing to a YM2151 for now.

The 2nd take, better, but can’t see the macros at all. Taken at 50x

The only different part compared to YM2151, thus taken at 200x.

The folder contains compressed .tif files for the highest quality possible preview, for locating and vectorizing.
