Toot visibility option in preferences panel

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Provide option that sets default visibility in preferences panel. Ideally, WhaleBird can retrieve this from instance server and automatically set the visibility, but a small section in preferences panel will do as well.

Why

Why do you want this feature?

My toot visibility is set to 'unlisted' on web version but I can't change this option every time I send out new toot on my WhaleBird. and it's something most other application provide, whether retrieving from web settings or setting in preferences panel.
