Allow to drop all aggregated measurements to clean up the database from what has been created.

Fix #37 Correct handling of time zone

Aggregation script (and dashboards) handle the time zone correctly now. Requires re-aggregation.

Close #38

Aggregation script has a new option `--delete-aggregations` to clean up the database in case aggregations where done wrongly (see above)
