The documents are in Kramdown http://kramdown.gettalong.org/ format.
The HTML created is usable either in a browser or in Microsoft Word.
The HTML can be converted to PDF using WeasyPrint (http://weasyprint.org/). The included stylesheets have print instructions processable by WeasyPrint.
