Fixes #1851

What changes did you make?

• Fixed issue where reset button didn't work
• Change filter icon in column header if that filter is applied - i.e., if the corresponding criteria are not their default value(s)
• Fixed reset feature on visibility filter popup
• Fixed reset feature on status filter popup
• On text Popup, added clear link and indication of how many items are selected.

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• To better approximate design from the prototype.
