Windows Server 2012에서 동작 않음. psutil 권한 문제인 듯

PyInstaller 적용하여 해결

PyInstaller로 어떻게 해결하셨는지 궁금합니다.
administrator 권한으로 해도 psutil.disk_io_counters()는 아무런 값도 display되지 않습니다.
